MCAG Seeks Community Input on Unmet Transit Needs

Do you have ideas for improving public transportation in Los Banos?

Our partners at the Merced County Association of Governments (MCAG) want to hear from you!

MCAG is seeking community input on unmet transit needs throughout Merced County. Residents are encouraged to share concerns about gaps in transit service or transportation services they believe should be provided by The Bus.

A public hearing will be held right here in Los Banos:

Thursday, October 22, 2026

5 pm

Los Banos Community Center – Arts and Crafts Room

645 7th Street, Los Banos

The Bus will also provide free fixed-route service for anyone attending an in-person hearing. Just let the driver know you’re attending the Unmet Transit Needs public hearing.
