August 1, 2018 – Conditional Use Permit #2018-05 – Type 47 Alcohol License
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Los Banos City Council to consider a Conditional Use Permit and Categorical Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) to allow the use of a Type 47 Alcohol License for the on-sale of general alcohol in conjunction with a bona-fide eating establishment. The requested Conditional Use Permit is for Double R Grill located at 1451 West Pacheco Boulevard Suite G, more specifically identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number: 430-010-046.
