NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Public Hearing will be held by the Los Banos Planning Commission to consider revisions to the Conditions of Approval for Vesting Tentative Tract Map #2015-04 for the subdivision of approximately 3 acres into 14 residential lots in the Medium Density Zoning District. The proposed project is located at the northwest corner of Racquet Club Drive and San Luis Street, more specifically identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number: 428-030-019.
A PUBLIC HEARING on this matter will be held at the next scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Los Banos City Hall located at 520 “J” Street.
