NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Los Banos is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Progressive-Design-Build Entities (PBDEs) to provide design and construction services for the City of Los Banos Civic Center Project.

All qualified consultants interested in providing these services are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications. Selection will be made through a qualifications-based process pursuant to California Public Contract Code Section 10198.

The RFQ and related materials are available for download on the City’s website at: https://www.losbanos.org

Submittals must be mailed or hand delivered to the City of Los Banos, 520 J Street, Los Banos, CA 93635, prior to 2:00 P.M. PST on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed package clearly marked “LOS BANOS CIVIC CENTER” and addressed as follows:

Late submittals will not be considered.

The City of Los Banos reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any irregularities.

All inquiries must be submitted to Tom Key, Vanir Construction Management, inc. at tom.key@vanir.com. Questions shall be submitted before 4:00 P.M. PST on August 18, 2025. Any response to a request for clarification, questions and answers will be posted to the City’s website at www.losbanos.org on August 25, 2025 and if necessary, shall become a part of the proposal as an addendum.

The Request for Qualifications can be viewed and/or obtained from the City of Los Banos website at www.losbanos.org.

No oral questions or inquiries about the RFQ shall be accepted.
